The word Chakra means “spinning wheel of energy” in the ancient Indian language of Sanscrit. Light and its colors physically affect glands and hormones and influences a person's moods and feelings. Balanced chakras are essential for a balanced body, mind and spirit and promote physical, emotional and spiritual healing and wellbeing.
